Full 48″ × 96″ sheet and full-sheet contour-cut entries also appear. ACM bulk, foam board, PVC and polystyrene additionally have a repeated 36″ × 36″ alternate-layout entry. Foam board, PVC and polystyrene otherwise share these aluminum-bulk layout choices. Coroplast adds 48″ × 48″ vertical/horizontal flute and scored/folded variants plus a 48″ × 96″ score-and-fold entry. Foam board, PVC and polystyrene menus each had 69 entries, including that alternate-layout duplicate. Use each live menu for authoritative choices, especially duplicates, flute direction and score/fold requests.
If the selected layout or yield is unclear, offer to collect the request for a Sign Specialist. Single Coroplast orders can use the custom-quote route instead of this bulk listing.
A. Standard Channel Letter-Front Lit and Front/Back Lit
Construction and choices
-
Trim cap: 3/4″ or 1″ Jewelite plastic molding around the acrylic face.
-
Return: 3″ or 5″ deep, .040″ aluminum, listed as Alumet/Metals USA high-reflective aluminum.
-
Face: 3/16″, listed acrylic/Lexan face materials include Acrylite, Chemcast and Palsun Lexan. Confirm the actual selected face substrate in the quote rather than treating all brands/materials as identical.
-
Front-lit backing: .040″ aluminum return and backing assembly.
-
Front/back-lit backing: 1/8″ Palsun clear Lexan so light can leave the back.
-
LED modules; 3-foot power cord described for power/ground; installation guide and mounting pattern.
-
Acrylic faces may be colored directly, white with translucent colored vinyl, black/white day-night, or digitally printed vinyl, depending on the selected design.
Trim-cap colors-use the trim chart for the cap, not the aluminum-return chart:
Black; White; True Red; Green (Solid); Intense Blue; Blue Solid; Bronze; Gold; Chrome.
Aluminum-return colors: Gloss Black; Ultra White; Hunter Red; Heron Blue; Dark Bronze.
Face-chart choices: White; Lexan White; Red; Green; Yellow; Blue (Lighter).
These are separate selections: a blue face does not automatically mean a blue trim or return. Ask which part should have each color. Do not promise exact brand/Pantone matching from a screen swatch alone.
Vinyl face treatments
-
3M 3630 Translucent colored vinyl for face colors not supplied by the face sheet itself.
-
3M 3635 Day/Night Dual-Color.
-
3M 3635 Blockout for areas intended to block light.
-
3M IJ8150 clear vinyl with 8520 matte lamination for digital printing.
The vinyl chart labels these named colors (retain the selected swatch/name for the quote):
Warm / red family: Yellow; Marigold; Poppy Orange; Tangerine; Orange; Poppy Red; Red; Dark Red; Cardinal Red; Regal Red; Burgundy.
Pink / purple / blue family: Rose Mauve; Fuchsia; Raspberry; Electric Pink; Vivid Rose; Pink; Plun Purple (chart label); Bright Violet; Royal Blue; Electric Blue; Blue.
Blue / green family: Patriot Blue; Sultan Blue; Azure; Light European Blue; Intense Blue; Sapphire; Teal Green; Bright Jade Green; Kentucky Blue Grass; Light Kelly Green; Vivid Green.
Neutrals / metallics / additional: Brilliant Green; Light Lemon Yellow; Bronze; Silver; Gold Nugget; Gold Metallic; White; Shadow Gray; Silver Gray; Black.
Additional displayed treatments: Blockout – White; Blackout – Black; Dual-Color – White; Dual-Color – Black; Digital Print; Dual Digital Print. Confirm the precise treatment and day/night appearance with the quote; do not infer RGB-changing LEDs or a final appearance solely from these labels.
Lighting specifications: Mynice high-efficiency modules, 160° beam, IP67, 9000–10500 K, 0.7 W and 1.2 W, with a stated five-year LED warranty. These are the listed standard-module specifications, not a list of selectable colored LEDs.
Gina answer: “The standard option uses an acrylic face with a trim cap and aluminum sides. You can choose front lighting or front-and-back lighting. The trim cap, sides and face have separate color options, and translucent or printed vinyl can create additional face colors.”
B. Reverse Lit-stainless face with a wall halo
-
Opaque stainless-steel face and return, offered in 35-plus colors/finishes.
-
Face sheet: 0.8 mm / 1 mm stainless steel.
-
Returns: 2″ or 3″ depth, 0.8 mm / 1 mm stainless steel; return color follows the face-color choice.
-
Back: 1/8″ clear Lexan.
-
Light exits the back toward the mounting surface to form the halo. Do not describe this as a glowing acrylic front.
-
Fabricated/welded steel surfaces are described as prepped, smooth-sanded and painted; brushed/mirrored finishes are also represented on the finish chart.
-
LEDs: Mynice, 160° beam, IP67, 10000–12000 K, 0.7 W / 1.2 W; stated five-year LED warranty.
-
Mounting position and wall conditions affect the visible halo; a specialist confirms the project layout and installation details. Do not promise a particular halo width or stand-off distance that is not specified.
Uses the shared stainless finish chart below. Gina answer: “Reverse-lit letters have a solid metal face, with light shining from the back onto the wall to create a halo. The front itself does not glow like a front-lit acrylic face.”
C. Reverse Acrylic Lit-translucent rear acrylic edge
-
Stainless face 0.8 mm / 1 mm.
-
Returns 2″ or 3″, 0.8 mm / 1 mm stainless, with face/return choices from its face-color chart.
-
Rear panel listed as 0.4″ “Polycarbonate Translucent Acrylic.” Preserve the quoted specification; have the specialist confirm the actual polymer/substrate on the final quote rather than claiming polycarbonate and acrylic are the same material.
-
The rear translucent acrylic is visibly part of the edge construction; distinguish it from the thin clear-Lexan reverse-lit back.
-
Description allows indoor/outdoor display, flush mounting to a building facade, or a standalone sign; exact support/mounting requirements depend on the project.
-
LEDs: Mynice, 160° beam, IP67, 10000–12000 K, 0.7 W / 1.2 W; stated five-year LED warranty.
Reverse Acrylic Lit inline finish chart: Yellow; Sunflower; Golden Yellow; Poppy Orange; Kumquat Orange; Orange; LightTomato Red; Dark Red; Cardinal Red; Burgundy; Internse Magenta (chart label); Raspberry; Vivid Rose; Plun Purple (chart label); Royal Blue; Blue; Bright Blue; Teal Green; Turquoise; Dark Emerald; Green; Light Kelly Green; Vivid Green; Light Green; Brilliant Green; Ivory; Rust Brown; Duranodic; White; Shadow Gray; Black; Gold Nugget; Gold Nugget 2; Gold Metallic; Silver (Glass); Brushed Stainless Steel.
Use this product’s matching chart/quote for its choices rather than silently applying every finish shown on the other stainless chart. Its download link points to the shared chart resource, so retain the caller’s chosen swatch reference for confirmation.
Gina answer: “Reverse Acrylic Lit keeps the metal face but uses a thicker translucent acrylic back that forms a visible rear edge. It can suit a flush-mounted look. It is different from a standard reverse-lit letter with a thin clear back and a halo on the wall.”
D. Full Acrylic Face Lit-premium front lighting
-
Standard face color is white.
-
Face specification: 15 mm “Polycarbonate White Acrylic.” Use the listed specification and confirm the actual substrate on the final quote.
-
Returns 2″ or 3″, 0.8 mm / 1 mm stainless steel.
-
Back 0.8 mm / 1 mm stainless steel, follows the return-color choice.
-
Stainless surfaces can be color customized; use the shared stainless finish chart.
-
Premium front-lit appearance with a full acrylic face; do not attach the standard plastic Jewelite trim-cap choices to this product.
-
LEDs: Mynice, 160° beam, IP67, 10000–12000 K, 0.7 W / 1.2 W; stated five-year LED warranty.
Gina answer: “Full Acrylic Face Lit is a premium front-lit option with a thick white acrylic face and stainless-steel sides. It gives a simpler face appearance than the inset style with its visible metal border.”
E. Inset Acrylic Face Lit-premium metal border
-
White acrylic face listed as 9 mm “Polycarbonate White Acrylic with Stainless Steel Border.” Confirm the actual substrate on the quote.
-
Stainless-steel return and border in place of a plastic trim cap; described as a brushed stainless look, with color customization for stainless surfaces.
-
Returns 2″ or 3″, 0.8 mm / 1 mm stainless steel.
-
Back 0.8 mm / 1 mm stainless steel, follows the return-color chart.
-
Uses the shared stainless finish chart; LEDs 160° beam, IP67, 10000–12000 K, 0.7 W / 1.2 W, stated five-year warranty.
-
The public specification does not give a universal border-line width; do not invent one. Record the desired visible border and let the quote confirm it.
Gina answer: “Inset Acrylic Face Lit has a white illuminated face surrounded by a stainless-steel border. That metal outline replaces the plastic trim cap used on standard letters, and the stainless surfaces can be finished to suit the design.”
Shared stainless finish chart-Reverse Lit, Full Acrylic Face Lit and Inset Acrylic Face Lit
The chart is used for reverse-lit faces/returns and premium front-lit returns/backs, not as proof that all acrylic faces or LED colors are available in these finishes.
Warm / red family: Yellow; Sunflower; Poppy Orange; Kumquat Orange; Orange; Burnt Orange; LightTomato Red; Dark Red; Cardinal Red; Burgundy.
Purple / blue family: Internse Magenta (chart label); Raspberry; Plun Purple (chart label); Royal Blue; Blue; Bright Blue; Teal Green; Steel Blue; Aqua; Ocean Blue.
Green / earth / white family: Green; Vivid Green; Brilliant Green; Light Green; Army Green; Rust Brown; Duranodic; White; Soft White; Shadow Gray.
Neutral / metallic / surface finish: Slate Gray; Black; Gold Nugget; Gold Nugget 2; Gold Metallic; Silver (Glass); Brushed Stainless Steel; Mirrored Stainless Steel.
The chart also displays two gray-looking swatches labeled “Vivid Green” and “Brilliant Green” a second time. If a customer chooses one of those swatches, record the chart position/image rather than guessing a gray name from the duplicate text. Use the actual swatch and specialist quote for exact color selection. Screen colors are references, not a guaranteed color match.
Common components, certification, warranty and installation scope
All five product pages describe:
-
Ready-to-install except raceway, with wiring diagrams and installation/mounting pattern. Installation accessories are excluded. Ready-to-install is a product-preparation description, not included installation labor or permission to skip electrical/site checks.
-
UL Listed with Sign Section Labels for outdoor installation, except raceway. Do not broaden that statement to an installed project's blanket code/permit approval or to the raceway assembly.
-
A five-year warranty. LEDs and power supplies are also labeled five-year warranty. Do not invent exclusions, claim approval, labor/travel coverage, an all-damage guarantee or refund rights. A specialist handles claim-specific decisions.
-
Power supply: Fang Hua HMA-60NU-RX, 12 V / 5 A / 60 W, Class 2, listed constant-voltage/constant-current, IP67.
-
The power-supply section expressly says “For dry location only.” Do not tell callers IP67 means the installed transformer can be exposed to rain. Appropriate enclosure/site requirements are confirmed for the project.
-
Transformer box sizes: 3.5″ × 5.8″ × 13.5″ for one transformer; 3.5″ × 10″ × 13.5″ for two. No universal transformer count per sign is stated.
Gina can explain these component facts. Project electrical connections, site feasibility, permit/compliance determinations and final installation appointments require qualified staff. Do not give a caller an improvised electrical installation procedure.
Raceway details-optional assembly, not preinstalled letters
All five pages provide these raceway specifications:
-
5.5″ high × 3.5″ deep.
-
Customizable segment length 10″–46″. Wider signs use multiple segments.
-
Raceway base and cover: each segment.
-
Two end caps per raceway.
-
Two connecting plates, four mounting brackets and twenty self-tapping screws per segment.
-
Letters have wiring/mounting holes, but the raceway is not drilled for the customer’s layout.
-
Letters are not preinstalled on the raceway. Raceway assembly, layout/drilling and final installation must be addressed in the quote/installation plan.
Do not confuse raceway height/depth with letter height/depth. Do not say the raceway is automatically included, prewired, predrilled or UL-listed with the letters unless the project quote explicitly supplies that information.
